Cancellation - Our office has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss or cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount for your visit. You can cancel directly online or by calling/texting us at 914-629-8101. This policy is in place out of respect for our practitioners and our patients. This allows us time to schedule another patient trying to get in for care.

For those who wish to pay in cash there is a $5 discount for any service.

Masking in the office is now optional. If you are feeling unwell and have a fever please do not come in for session but rather call, text, or email to reschedule. If you are feeling the onset of symptoms for a cold please reach out before coming in for session.
